download after purchase

I purchased the game for a physical shipment and haven't received it as of yet. How can I get to the download site to download.

You can only proceed to the DD if you have ordered DD+Physical shipment otherwise I am afraid that it should not be possible to download the game.
You have only picked up the physical shipment I suppose???
Don't worry you should get your box soon as I have got mine on yesterday.

You can retrieve the link at any time. Please go to our E-Store and click on "help" , there check the "I need help downloading." link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password. Only if you ordered a download of course.
