Does splitting HQ give additonal benefit?

Hi all

Question of dividing a HQ as a parent unit and sub unit (/1, /2) etc. Does this give the HQ benefits at each base location (Command HQ - command bonus; Theatre HQ - another place to receive replacements or check for range)? If I remember correctly, I believe it was said in UV that this would provide benefits at both or multiple bases.
Could use fast transports to subdivide units. I am not talking about support points but HQ bonuses. Thanks in advance.

as far as I know (from reading the forum) the split unit will only give you the support points it deliveres. You only get the bonus for the main unit.
