A Free roving Fighter Bombers dream?

Looks like a group of Afrika Corps Trying to sort out a map.

I'm pretty sure its Afrika Korps. Lots of captured equipment, maybe this is after Crusader. However, I can't identify the gun being towed, but it looks like an Italian 47.

PS ,the way the 17 is painted is german styled. americans for example write the 1 and the 7 in a different way .

I've been writing 7s with a bar through the center since my days at TAMU(1980-1983). Sort of an adopted engineering notation. Pretty common. [8|]

Just a guess, but that gun kinda looks like a 150mm Sturm Infanterie Geschutze. The shield is a little off, so it could be a 105mm model.

I doubt it. They did have some Russian 75s but this is not it. This is an infantry gun, and a pretty old design at that. Also looks too small to be a 105. I still go with the Italian 47.

If you really look, one of those trucks does look like an Italian Breda truck.
