They could have put out 1.30 "as is" with the ME CTD bug, with a caveat that there would be 1.31 to fix ME. It was likely debated and discarded.

First,i'm not joking.....second i have 2 comps....one uses XP and one ME......wife ofcourse has the XP.......worrynot rabbit just produce the patch and good things will transpire.Comeon down to Pearl by all means........the more you take the more you have to hold.
