What do I do? Who do I call? How will I survive the day? Everybody has it but me. I feel so alone!

e-mail Matrix xustomer support. They can help you. You might need to confirm some info to prove you actually bought the game, but should have no problem.

You can find your registration number in your registry on your computer. Assuming you are running windows just go to start , run then type in Regedit. I am at work so I dont remember the exact path you need but if you look in there under Matrix Games and then WITP its the top registry entry. Just write that number down and you are good to go.

Have you installed the game before? If so it is definitely in your registry. It's the same way I found my serial number when I needed to update the game. The only way it wouldn't be in there is if for some reason you went through and manually deleted it. Again I am still at work and am unable to find the correct path you need to take but if you are looking at entries for other programs you have installed on your pc then you are in the right place. Be careful not to edit or delete any of the entries otherwise you might make your system unstable. Messing with your registry is something that is somewhat advanced as far as pc users go but if you are just looking for information and don't delete anything then you will be fine.

Boy, I sure am glad that I wrote all that down on my CD's paper sleeve.

Login, password, serial#,order#, all on the sleeve where it wouldn't get lost! [;)]

Doesnt matter will be days before I can download the patch. Seems that if Matrix is so hot to do everthing electronicly they would do something about the fact you cant access the download.
