NAVYFIELD

Post by e8flyer »

I was just looking on Gamespot, and found out about this new online game.

"This massively multiplayer online tactical game take place on the high seas in heated WWII naval combat. This North American version is currently in the beta testing phase, and you can access the manual and sign up for an account at www.navyfield.com."

Kind on a cool way to spend some quality time away from WITP, from what little I have tried mostly gunnery duels, but ther are carriers too.

P.S. free also [:D]

Its not all in depth, but it is a fun diversion. I am Tankerace in that game as well.

Looks like a very modern version of Intelevision Sea Battle. Lots of eye candy but it probably is quite kiddie oriented.

It is REALLY simplistic. Fun to kill time, but if it goes pay-per-play I wouldn't touch it.

I dunno...looks pretty complicated. Either that or its just the directions that are hard. [:D]

I dont think this thing can keep me interested for long. It takes too much work to get to the good stuff.
