Game Save and Reload

Post by byron13 »

And now for the least inspiring question ever asked on this forum:

Is there anyway to "zero out" the various game save slots to "empty"?

My gave save slots have gotten cluttered with various games and save dates. I'd like to dump a lot of the garbage that's in there, but can't figure out how to zero it out so that the menu reads "empty," thus reducing the clutter.

Any ideas?

Go into the save directory in your WiTP install and remove them manually.

Wouldn't you get rid of them if you go into the SAVE folders and delete the saved files (i think they are .pws files)?

Yup, don't forget that wonderful Windows Operating System you have running...after all you paid for it - you did pay for it, didn't you? [;)]

Go into Windows Explorer. Find the game saves you wish to delete, and or move. Click on the top save, hold down the shift key and click on the last save. Hit delete on the keyboard. If you want to move them, either cut and paste, or in XP, click on the move symbol.

The problem I have is getting rid of fubared edit attempts which seem to live forever in the scenario file.
