Can anyone tell me if there are any mods that bring the game to the modern era like SP2 and if there are where can i get them.

Nope. No SP Modern out, and I doubt there's even one in production any more.

There will be an upgrade to sp2 out in a few months. Called SP MBT, Done by the spww2 people.
