It's more fair than the "Radio transmissions from Prince Rupert" or other allied-held cities.

Sure it's fair, some of the radio transmissions made by Japanese pilots over Pearl Harbor were picked up in Japan.

Allied Intel was good, a major component of our victory (in both the Pacific and Europe) was the ability to read our opponents' mail.
