MILO PLEASE HELP

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, HELP!!!!!!!!!!
I can't seem to get anywhere in this game... i keep on getting killed within the first 10 seconds!!!!!!!! It's impossible!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE release the cheats or atleast a walkthrough, this game is s*&*ting me so much, its soon going to hit the trash heap

You must be doing something wrong... go to options, gameplay and do the following :
1. Select "arcade" flight model;
2. Select "rookie" for AI;
3. select "aircraft" for controls and it should be a lot easier.

If all this doesn't give you a break, then perhaps it's not the right game for you [8D].

cheers for the help, alas i did try that before... some flight tactics would be nice if they were posted, like for example avoiding cannons in fighters... i've tried all i can, but still get hit... same with missles... i've used up all my countermeasures and i'm getting hit by them... and taking out a minefield is suicide... everytime i try i can take out only 3 or 4 before i die...

Any of your tips would greatly appreciated

What kind of control setup are you using? Joystick?Gamepad? Mouse? Keyboard?

I personally use the mouse (esp since I didn't bring the joystick to college and my gamepad is being obnoxious and not working). I like joystick if it has a HAT switch cuz that makes using your thrusters and sliding left/right/up/down in combat much easier. You can use this translation to move your LCOS pipper (the default gunsight) around and also to help dodge things by subtly altering your flight vector.

BTW what other flight simming experience do you have? WC? Xwing? Freespace? Falcon?

i can't think of anything else... but i'm obsessed over space shooters... and because there isn't any out there at the moment... this is the only one i'm playing at the moment...
got any suggestions of good space shooters out...?

... hmmm... no! No suggestions. I think Starshatter is actualy the best of it's kind, altough the multiplayer interface should be seriously looked upon.
