Call me crazy, but that thing reminds me more of the... spit, what are they called? Shi'ikan or something... The ominous tube-helmed aliens from Colony Wars: Red Sun. There's something else it reminds of, nagging at my mind... I know it's not B5, because I'm the worlds only SciFi space nut that doesn't like B5 or Star Trek... Oh! I think it's those submarines used by the Silicons in Submarine Titans.
