Actually, they most likely put out a demo because they need the sales and want to get their product out there for people to try out. I'm sure its a lot tougher selling online through one distributor which most regular non-wargamers would not even know about. Getting the word out or a demo out to the mass market is the only way to get people to learn about some of these games.

I can't wait to try the demo out!

I want to try the demo also. The time period isnt my thing but if it grabs me enough then I will buy it.

I also think a demo has been released to get at those fence sitters. I imagine its one of those games that poeple will pass by yet if they had a chance at a quick game then they will prob enjoy and buy it. I also think it might appeal to a wider audience than wargamer grogs who will already know about it. Hopefully the demo will be announced at all major gamesites.
One thing it says it will be out on the 24th?
Good Luck

The demo is already available at a variety of demo sites across the internet. Worthplaying.com, avault.com, etc. Check the main www.koiosworks.com page for Tin Soldier: Alexander the Great for a few direct links. Thank you for your interest.
