I only remove five divisions from China and five from SRA.

In China that leaves me 15 divisions which is sufficient to remain on the offensive although Japan can't be overly aggressive. It will be a reasonable goal for the first three months to either take 1.) Both Changsa and Yenan. or 2.)Take Changsa and and clear the southern railway. For certain Japan should at least be able to take Changsa which is sufficient.

In SRA it means that the PI assault is postponed into March. The airfield are suppressed as much as possible and the allies are allowed to dig in. The Singapore and Burma offensive continue as normal and Borneo and Kendari are taken with the various independent brigades. After Singapore falls these divisions are used to take Palenbang and Java. Really there is no change except that you let PI wait.

No change for you - but never expect your opponent to do what you want him to do. A PBEM AAR game against an experienced Allied opponent would be interesting.
