The only bug free video game ever...

Post by Knavey »

PONG!

Can you name another?

I for one think this game is one of the least bugged games I have ever played upon release and I am confident that over time, the issues will be sorted out.

Pong was certainly NOT bug free, if you spun the wheel fast enough, you could effectively cover about 3 paddle widths of space [:D]

I would argue that is a hardware problem though. If you have problems with your mouse don't blame the developer.

Although one could argue that the developer did not take into acount the capabilities of the hardware.

Doh! Roundy, roundy we all go!

That's not a bug, that gamey tactic!

House Rules!

You probably exploited the power switch when you were losing too.

Couldn't begin to number the times our cat destroyed a perfectly good war between Feinder and I when we were growing up.

Think our cat Ming killed more allies than the panzers did, and more krauts than either of us could ever imagine doing.

Bah. Still happens. While waiting for WitP to be released, I had set up WitP (board-game version baby!) on the table in my office. Was a wonderful sight to behold, until Ms. Claudia hacked a hairball onto Singapore. It's not as if they had already endured enough!

Cats can still screw things up today. Mine has walked on the keyboard while I am playing WiTP and issued some very starnge orders.

On the plus side she discovered several Hot Keys that I was not aware of.

I was always amazed how many games of Risk ended due to earthquake - location independent: Germany, Texas, and Florida.

All three versions had bugs. I and II had a few patches. I don't know about III, 'cause it was a POS that I deleted after two attempts at playing a reasonable game.

Any bugs I report are always straight stock games.
