Scren shoots looks very similar to Axis&Allies. Can some one briefly explaing me which are the main differences between both gmes, please?

The main similarity is the YUGO - IGO seasonal movement. You also get production, but more different stuff.
Then the differences start. Look through the AAR threads, give you a lot of flavour.
