Italians sought for tourney in WAW ... others

Calling all italians and german playing aliases.

Allied commanders are also sought.

Double Deuce Combat Campaigns site member danstudentvcc [aka as MindSpy or Logic] is nearing the start of a tournament.

It is centred on the Allied Amphibious Assault of Sicily. The site addy is:

Maps and more links will begin to appear as time allows.

The only requirement sought in aliases is a willigness to select their own battalion forces. A set of maps will show the locations of all current commanders and current battles.

To enter a registration forms page will appear shortly. [some errors creeped into the html Perl and is currently being pieced together again - it won't take long but it will hurt in the meantime].

Perhaps a simple question of yes in or no out would be the simplest thing possible.

In closing, the Germans are their usual elite forces only [Panzers/PanzerGrenadiers/Paratroopers while the Italians have both types present elite forces and the politically indoctrinated Bersaglieri in addition to the conscripted coastal forces].

Should prove to be fun. It will take less than 1 year to complete. There is no elimination and there may be a prize or two for top honours.
