Are you asking because you found it for download or did you get an error requesting this file during the startup of the game. What version of SPWAW are you running.

No, i am not getting an error message I just saw somewhere that you need this file and I was anticipating some potential problems...

If your running SPWAW without seeing this error, than you don't need to replace yours. Older version of SPWAW sometimes had this file get corrupted during the install which is why it was available for easy download to repair.
