Custom Teams?

will it be possible to create a team like in madden, custom everything? or atleast modify and rename an already existing team?

This game will be way more customizable than Madden ever could even dream of.

Yes you will be able to create uniforms from the ground up even the player faces if you wanted to :D

Everything about the teams, leagues, etc are fully customizable. Madden doesn't have anywhere near the ability to customize things as Maximum-Football has.
