Ship Upgrades

Is there an easy way to tell when ships are eligible for upgrades (other than looking at each individual ship)? Did anyone put together a list of ship classes and the dates at which they become upgradable? Is there an index somewhere?

Hot Key V will bring up the ship data base with the upgrade dates listed

There are also all kinds of OOB/database files at Spooky's fan site. Download and print out whichever ones are usefull to you...
