RUN 5 account suspended

Battles In Normandy is the third game in the Decisive Battles game series. Battles in Normandy recreates all aspects of the Normandy campaign, from the landings on the first day to the final climax of the campaign at Falaise. Strategic Studies Group rewrote the Decisive Battles game engine for Battles in Normandy with a host of new special rules for amphibious and airborne operations, plus a huge number of other enhancements.

RUN 5 and SSG sites both give the message "account suspended".

Very weird.

Same here Joe - seems very weird and looks like a hack attack which is a nice way to start the year off. Hope I'm wrong.

Guys, hold off on actioning any emails is my suggestion and I haven't received any emails yet either.

Gentlemen,

Avoid the vDeck site. This appears to be a hack and there is a virus attempt if you go there.

When you see the error message its not the ssg.com.au link

Its the host255.ipowerweb site. Don't go there as my anti-virus caught bloodhound.exploit.21 on opening the site.

So, is the SSG site running? I dont seem to be able to get there. If so - how do we get there.

There's no problem going to the SSG links (ssg.com.au or ssg.com.au/forum/); these are clean.

Do go to host255.ipowerweb.com... trying to open that address is where I intercepted the virus attempt.

Your bookmark sends you toward ssg.com.au... the webhost redirects you to the error page (with the webhost URL).

Hitting refresh at the redirect URL is how you could run into trouble... this is same as typing open host255ipowerwebcom.

No, can get to neither the Run5 section nor the forums.

Gregor says the support team is working on the problem. Hopefully they'll be able to get back on line soon.

Hi Guys,
The problem is on ours and our hosts end. We are working on this issue, but as it's public holiday time, people are away etc etc.
I will post more info as i get it.
