Resolution?

Battles In Normandy is the third game in the Decisive Battles game series. Battles in Normandy recreates all aspects of the Normandy campaign, from the landings on the first day to the final climax of the campaign at Falaise. Strategic Studies Group rewrote the Decisive Battles game engine for Battles in Normandy with a host of new special rules for amphibious and airborne operations, plus a huge number of other enhancements.

Resolution?

Just wondering is there a way to play Battles in Normandy or Korsun Pocket in 800x600 video mode? I'd like a closer view of the action without pressing the "Alt" key all the time.

Seem to remember this coming up before and the official answer was - no sorry can't do 800 x 600

Sorry but the fact that they didn't create a 800x600 mode doesn't make any sense to me. Often times online games are for example better played in that mode ,so it's still used by the industry for various reasons.

I like most people I suspect have some difficulty seeing all the info on the screen with the current options for resolution. I have to sit up and get closer to the screen to see it all , instead of sitting back in the old chair.

Maybe Matrix & company can add it in their next patch. I really like this game but the above mentioned is holding me back from buying any other game in this series.
