All the numbers are unreadable

Does anyone know why the numbers are unreadable, and possibly how to fix this problem. I would appreciate any ideas.

Hi Cavscout,

I have the same problem. Do you have a COMPAQ computer ? This problem hasn't been fixed yet. Look at the thread "bug in wir" in the war in Russia formum for some additional info.

I presume you are refering to Pacific War - The Matrix Project, not to WIP-SAJ.
Months ago there was a thread concerning 'scrambled number fonts' on the PW forum. People gave lots of hints (none of which worked), claiming the source of the problem being 'not enough RAM' or Win 98/ME, but I believe the problem has something to do with the graphic cards in COMPAQ computers, since apparently the problem occured almost exclusivly on those crates. Sorry, no fix found.

Thanks, you are correct I posted in the wrong area, then I couldn't delete it. It said only admin could do that. Also I am running a Compaq... I know... I know, but it was a wedding gift. Anyway I installed a hercules card, I probably have the compaq file running in the background, even though I deleted the drivers. Thanks again for the info.
