Will each ship be represented individually by historical name or will the minor ships be a part of a named or numbered squadron

Granted I'm not a "Matrix insider" but from what I gather from following the BB posts, UV and WITP will feature individual ships, even PT boats will be individualized, each with its own commander who has strengths and weaknesses... This game is going to be huge.
