Invalid instruction error at start.

Ok, i start program in win 98. The screen goes in full screen mode ( i suppose 640x480 ). Then 2 screenshot for intro, then credits screenshot and then...then it come back to windows and a error windows says me : "Invalid instruction ".
So i cannot play WitP.
I tried to stard from dos..but after creditz the screen goes black ( or blank ) and i have to manually reset my PC.

I have a :

Duron 700
biostar mobo VIA KT133
128MB pc133
Geforce2MX
Win98 2nd edition.
