TAO-Campaign Scenario

I can't find the campaign scenario for The Ardennes Offensive. The manual says there is such a scenario. Where is it?

You have 2 major menu choices - Korsun Pocket and Ardennes Offensive.

Under Korsun Pocket theer are a number of scenarios but under Ardennes Offensive there is only one.
