Wow this is a sluggish beast, it don't want to climb, and forget trying anything fancy in a dogfight

BUT, don't get in front of it, or be below it

1st mission, get a Ju88 and 2 FW 190 A9s, never one to follow orders, head into the bad guys backyard, and catch a airfield that is sleeping, 7 planes knocked out on the ground

2nd mission, looks like a patrol type, and since I only have my flight, decide to leave the bombs and rockets behind

LOL, a nasty Bombing raid

able to do a Head on to a raid of He111s, see one of my men go down to the excourts, but pay them back when I knocked down a K4, by that time see, that the fighters are engaged with the rest of my flight, so head back to the bombers

Head on, highside, belly shots,and way too many dead six attacks, but 6 He111s go down, along with another K4 that was headed home and sleeping

the Jug took a pounding, but gave much more then it took

the 50s on the Allied planes are HARD to get used to, cannons tend to blow planes up or chop parts off, the 50s will do the same damage, but the target tends to just break out of the fight and fly into the ground

LOL wish I had a shot of the first K4, it had holes from wingtip to wingtip, and nose to tail, it just rolled onto it's back and flew into the ground

I got 8, the flight got 12 total, but we lost two pilots KIA

if you fly lots of missions, you will see that fighters on the way home tend to fall asleep, and you can sneak right up behind them with out them reacting, the trick of course, is to hit with the first rounds fired, as they will wake up once they are fired on

also, Jabos seem to lock into the target on the way in, and you can park behind and just walk down the line knocking down each in order, once they drop there bombs, then they react normally

Yes I know.

E.G. I was flying my squadron to meet some enemy recon plane to the upper right side of the Berlin map.

After that I headed for the left corner to engage some more planes that where already on their way home me and the rest of my squadron annihilated eight P-47's without a single loss. Due this beeping asleep syndrome.
