pilot replacements - experience

Something bad happened in my game - I just saw that new pilots which come to my air units are very poor trained - there is IX 42 and my new pilots have sometimes even 30 expernience points!!!In manual I read that in this time they should have much more higher experience.What is going on???

if you're late in your scenario it's normal . . your experience decrease with the time . .

if not, maybe it's because you ask a lot of pilots in the same time and the pool can't follow . .

so you got your pilots but most of them don't know what's a plane . .

Basically when the japanese pilot pool empties, which it will as there are only 100 navy pilots in the pool at the start and you only get 10 new ones per month while you would need 10 per day, you get fresh reqruits at approx. half the experience that the pilots from the pool would be.. around 35-30 exp usually

Thanks - now I understood.Yes - of course that I need more pilots than 10 per month - now maybe something would be better because Tonys entered in to service (god,what a perfect plane - british fighters which fought with Zeros very well were just wiped out from India after 4 turns)[:D] and I can send some of my Chutais in to training mode.
