Independent Air Groups command

I really hated the old PACWAR scheme where the various air groups got stuck doing dumb things because of the computer control. You had to put everything in human control to keep the air groups from moving to another location.

Hopefully, this new game will allow the air groups to be under human control while other game processes are under computer control!!!!!
