If those connection problems keep bugging you, let me know. I 've had my fair share of connection issues and have been able to solve them (for HTTR anyway [8D]).

Usually I can find the manual on the internet, no luck yet... Do you have a manual handy? And if so, can you look for a section on port forwarding?

It was supplied by the ISP with no manual.

How very nice of them to make sure you can't change anything...

The thing that will probably get you going in HTTR (once you're in the router) is described in chapter 12. You need to forward port 1944 to your pc. I can't guarantee that it will work after that, there may be something else that needs tweaking, but do let me know how this story continues.

Murky--

Thanks for the help!!!
Yak had done a search for Westall and gave me an IP address that did not work for the modem.
I used the one from the manual you provided and that worked.
Unfortunately, the disabled my account preventing me from making any changes.
So I need ot get a password from them to make changes.
Thanks again for the assistance....your help was much appreciated.
