Can anyone tell me why all my Jap factories/production HALTED, I'm in AUg 42.

I'm just playing my first game, and haven't reached Aug '42 yet. However, to take a SWAG, how's your Oil/Resource situation?

Also (dense me to finally figure this one out), when it says HALT on the factory screen, it's actually restarted, and RESTART means it's actually halted [:D] (word in this case means action to take if you click on it, rather than current status). That wouldn't be your case would it?

I am in late Feb 42 and I am doing fine - just starting to ship oil back home.. DID you ship oil back to japan ? If you haven't been, that is the problem... If you have been, you can send me the save and I'll look at it..
