Scenario Question

There's a stock Nijmegen scenario called "Battle for the Bridges" (or something similar). It features XXX Corps approaching Nij., but there seem to be no Airborne units involved. My question is, is this a hypothetical scenario, or one that deals with the later stages of the battle after the 82nd has been withdrawn, or what? I can't figure it out from the briefing.

This is certainly hypothetical, because it mentions the rail bridge blown by air attack. This never happened in real life. I guess it tries to show what might have happened in the area if there wouldn't have been an airborne carpet. (Operation Comet, which would have happened early september if it had gone through, only had paratroops landing at Arnhem, so it might link into that.)
