WELL A NEW YEAR I KNOW WILL BRING A HEAVY SERIES OF ATTACKS. I FEEL I HAVE DONE WELL WITH THE FORCES AT HAND, I MAY HAVE GOTTEN THE BETTER OF HIM A TIME OR TWO SO FAR. RABUAL HOLDING HAS BEEN A MAJOR BONUS HOWEVER SHORT LIVED IT MAY BE. I HAVE TRIED MT BEST TO SAVE AIR GROUPS WHEN AN ENEMY UNIT GETS IN SAME HEX I HAVE TRIED TO REDEPLOY BUT AS MY BASES AND SUPPORT UNITS ARE SMALL I CANNOT ALWAYS STAY WITHIN RANGE. AT TIMES I WILL GO FOR LOCAL AIR CONTROL WHEN I CAN GET IT AS I DID IN THE DEI FOR 2 DAYS AND GOT SOME HITS ON AP AND CL HE HAD IN THE AREA

WELL IT IS NOW 9 JAN 42 AND NOTHING MUCH HAS HAPPENED OVER THE LAST 10 DAYS OR SO. THIS POST WILL CONTINUE IN A DIFFERENT FORMAT I RELIZE IT IS A HARD BORING READ WITH JUST COMBAT REPORTS SORRY GUYS........ SOUTH PACIFIC IS IN GENERAL A BUILD UP AND PROTECT PHASE HERE WHEN AND IF A JAPANESE FORCE IS SIGHTED I WOULD LIKE TO TRY AND LOCALIZE AIR ASSETS AND PUT UP AS MUCH OF A FIGHT AS I CAN THIS MEANS HAVING BASES BIG ENOUGH FOR SOME OFFENSIVE STRIKES BUT RISKEY IN THAT I MAY BE HANDING JAPAN A NICE BASE.
