Well, I can't answer that with a definate answer. However, I just wrapped up the major work on the project, All scenarios and all graphics are completed. Now I just need finishing touches and to work out some things with Matrix.

Also, I will try and get some AAR's and screenshots up in the next few days.

I must admit that as excited as I was to get WitP, I am THREE TIMES as excited waiting for WPO! I am majorly stoked! I am even starting to plan my sprin schedule so that I have several long weekends that I can devote to continuous playing.

Has a price tag been reached for this mod yet? It seems impossible that it would be free. That would be a like shopping for a Ferrari and then finding out they're free.

It won't be free, but it won't be expensive. [8D]

Hello...

I am doing the game programming for the module. I have been trying to squeeze it in between a UV patch and a WIP patch. Hope to have my part finished in a week or so.

Thanks for Your interest...

Yes, without Mike Wood, this project would not have evolved into what it is today. I'll be the first to step up and say thanks for all your help Mike.

Questions;

1. Will Witp plan orange have a different exe file from Witp?

2. If not, how will you limit effects from future patches causing problems in plan orange?

I'm going to let Mike answer most these questions, as he is doing the coding for War Plan Orange.

On the changes, at least what I asked for are things to fix pilot experience (originally hard coded values) ships upgrading, some ASW tweaks, and more goodies. That, and Mike has probably thought of things even I hadn't.

Will this be a stand alone program or is WitP requied to run it. I ask because I don't have much free space on my hard drive and am constantly having to remove games to add new ones and then kind of get a rotation going.

Holy cr*p! I have not even made it to June '42 in my solitaire WITP game against the AI, and my PBEM game is only on 1-19-42. I am excited to play this mod, but I might have to quit my job, divorce my wife, and sell my kids on the black market to find the time to play it!

Haha.... I know what you mean. I think once War Plan Orange is finished, I'll find time to actually sit down and play WitP.
