Tavoy fighter bug.

I am playing v1.4 as the allies. I have recaptured Tavoy and transfered some bombers there but the base screen is showing that there are 36 fighters there as well as my bombers.

What version was this started under? I see about 6 holes in the aircraft list which will be units wandering around in no mans land like this.
