Clear all Planes from Noumea? Help!

Post by VicTabac »

I am trying to create my own scenario using the Coral Sea map. I seem to have successfully removed all allied land based aircraft except for Noumea. In the Database editor under Locations, no aircraft are indicated. When the turn begins, a whole slew of aircraft "Arrive" at Noumea. When checked against the corresponding aircraft tag numbers in the Air Group tab in the Database editor, there is no indication in the air group, that I can see, that it has orders to Be or Arrive at Noumea, the "location" field set to "0000."

Anyone have any hints or maybe point the way? Thank you

If the units are set to South Pacific HQ, and arrive on the first turn, but have no location, they arrive at the South Pacific's main base, which is Noumea. I'd go through the editor and yank out all groups assigned to SoPac, and that should do the trick.

Also, did you delete the airgroups, or erase their base? Erasing their base but leaving everything else produces the result above.

Setting the delay of the AG to 9999 will also stop them from arriving.
