v2.1 unit icon colors

I've taken a look at the screen shots for the
upcoming v2.1 WiR revised grahpics. Things
look OK but one problem: the old red Soviet
units were much easier to spot on the screen
with a quick glance than this new greenish color. Or at least so it seems based just on
these screen shots.

The red soviet icons DID look better. After all they were called the RED army!

Germans have grey icons which is also appropriate since they were grey uniforms.
