Disband them without a return in 90 days to clear them out.

They will not disband because they are the only groups with that kind of aircraft: F2F and devastators.[8|]

this situation really sucks, as you just cannot seem to rid yourself of them, maybe I should load these guys up on an ak and steam into Tokeo harbor[:-]
