Loading error with WITP 1.40

Hi. When I start War in the Pacific (new Matrix version + digital download) the loading screen appears, the red bar fills and then I get this error: Error:can't init scroll bar %5@ . Can anyone help me with this? My computer fufills all of the system requirements.

Hmm, you just got it as in today?

Hope there isn't a problem with the new package.

Can you uninstall and reinstall again please just to see if it gives the same problem?

I bought it last week. I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling and the install screen looked just like this. The game worked on another computer I had (it broke two days ago). Now when I try to start from the quick start menu I get the error: can't init images and then nothing else happens .
I sent the email I hope you got it.
