Sorry I was not clear on the S boat. This was meant to be the British S class. The boats listed in Scenario 15 are all from the 3rd group of S class boats.
Lenton credits the standard 3rd Group/British "S" with an endurance of 6000 nm on 52 tons oil fuel (British and Empire Warships of the Second World War, Second Edition 1998 - page 219). He also comments:
"Those boats later send out to the Far East had some of the main ballast tanks converted to oil fuel tanks to extend the radius of action; and as a feature of Far East operations was the wide spread use of the gun, a 4in replaced the 3in in most of the final series (from the Scotsman onwards). All submarines operating in this area - and this included the "T" class as well - used to proceed on patrol carrying as much shell as possible, stowed in all manner of non-regulation spaces (such as under the wardroom table) and even in the engine room."
I think we will change them to 6000 and ignore the extra fuel (corrected poorly worded sentence!)
My apologies, by the way, for automatically assuming you meant US S-boats and then getting carried away. Just a patriot I guess.
