EDITING HELP

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP EXPLAIN TO MY HOW TO USE THE EDIT OPTION. I'VE TRIED TO CREATE MY ON GENERAL BUT HE DOSEN'T SHOW UP IN THE GAME. THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Please use lowercase for messages.

The game only has slots for 100 leaders, so you can't make new ones. You can modifiy existing ones however, using editwir. In the game's edit mode, you can change the name and rating, but not the delay which controls when the leader becomes available. Apparently, you need to use editwir to set the delay.
