I have had this question for a number of years since I first bought WIR in the early 90's. I still have the original box. I am confused about the best and proper way to use the headquarter units?

1. Do players prefer to manually move units from OKW to OKH and then to individual Army HQ's?

Thats about it since this part of the manual always confused me and for some reason I just have a memory block on this. Thanks guys

also, play an email game i would try if someone is interested
