I think there are a few database typos in WIR V3.0 (assuming EditWIR is working correctly):
Aircraft 29 "Yak-3" appears reversed with Aircraft 30 "Yak-9". As it now stands, the Yak-9 appears two years before the Yak-3. This may just be a descriptor ("A") field mix-up.
Aircraft 41 "P-40" appears reversed with Aircraft 42 "P-39N/Q". As it now stands, the P-39 is a better dogfighter ("20" vs. "19" for the P-40), while the P-40 has a higher cannon value ("12") than the P-39 ("8"), although the P-40 (presumably the P-40E Kittyhawk) had six 0.50-cal machine guns while the P-39 Airacobra had a 37-mm cannon plus MGs.
Aircraft 43 "P-63" dogfight value ("24") appears incorrect. As it now stands, the P-63 Kingcobra is a better dogfighter than either the P-47 Thunderbolt or the FW-190A (each "23").
