Best Way To Attack Help

Hi again,

I can't believe I am back to playing WIR after all these years. Well, to tell you the truth its a great game without all the bells and whistles.

I have played this game many hours and I was curious about the way people use the plot option
1. and do they plot and advance
2. plot attack but dont advance
3. plot attack and advance
4. plot bombardment and let others advance into hex.?

I just played the Bagration scenario and I didnt even get to Stalingrad,

ANY tips by the pros is extremely welcome
