no sound

I just purchased the game online and d/l. At first I had the screen flickering problem but fixed it following the advise in the forum. Now I find that I have no sound at all. I don't have any problems with any other games. Any ideas?

check to see what audio codec you have is a realtek AC'97 ...if it is that is most likely your problem in conjunction with this game and Dx9. If it is I think I have the beta fix for the new audio drivers but its right around a 10meg file.

Thanx, I fixed it, when I fixed the flickering problem I disabled something I needed for sound, but it works now. Looks like it is a great game. Thanx for your help.
