Ah, but only one in Bloomington, Indiana...

And maybe only one girl?

Seriously, I want to thank all of you guys for the knowledge and insights that you have shared. I'm not much of a gamer, really, as I have no competitive instinct - but I love history and there is SO MUCH to learn on these boards.

So thanks guys... and a big hug!

My old Piczo site seems to be gone, so no more Navajo Nation pics :(

Servus!

From Europe.

It is hard to keep track of all the posts besides work and university. Don't to think about to write many messages.

I am more reading (posts that seem to be interesting for me) than writing.

Here's what the Member List shows: There are a total of 14611 members.

One! Two! Five!...Three, sir! Three! BLAM! (numbers for you movie trivia buffs)

But in the Book of Armaments, thou shalt not count to five, nor to four, but only to three.

"And three shall be the number counted to. Count thee not to two unless proceeding to three. Five is right out"

Saw an iterview with Erik Idol last night on the Daily show. He is bringing Holy Grail to broadway as "Spamalot". I may travel into the city of scum and villany to see that.

I am from New Jersey. Home of mobsters, toxic chemicals, gay governers, and New York sports teams.

Brit living in Chicago.

Went to see Spamalot on its pre-Broadway run. Get to see it if you can - if you're easily offended stay away!

Currently playing 4 pbem games, 3 as japanese, 1 as allies, all of them completely different!

And yes, I do drive to work thinking about moves and where to invade next, even play some turns at work (ssshhh - perks of being network manager!)

Greetings,

I've been lurking the boards for almost 3 years, and I think this might be my fourth post. [X(]

Half of the fun of WiTP is watching you guys haggle about the most interesting details. Even the debates are educational. [:)]

Have fun, be good.

I'm a reader, this is my first post other than seeking a PBEM game.

It is amazing that there are people who can debate wether a particular Japanese destroyer should be a destroyer escort or a DD. I thought I was a student of the Pacific War. Not.

All the little glitchs people complain about, I think do a wonderfull job of simulating the "stuff happens" events of real life that are really impossible to recreate otherwise.

Started playing wargames in the military 20 years ago, Squad Leader and early computer stuff. This game is incredible! Great job Matrix Games!

Started my first PBEM ever last month, didn't know what I was missing.

If she went to Rutgers in the late 80's we may know each other.

Sigh, if only we were that young...

She actually went to Westminster Choir College (in Princeton), which is where we met. She attended in the early 70s... [;)]

But New Brunswick is still her favorite NJ locale!
