Italian front: are all Pz div. eligible?

Here we go on with some more questions on the Italian and West fornt strengths calculation:

1. Am i correct that from the discussion above, it means that Air units do not count? Rick? Am i also correct that Readiness and Exp are important (or is it just the number of squads,...which is taken into account)? Can you confirm this Rick.
2. It Front: There have to be a minimal number of Pz divisions present in order to have your strength not halved, my questions is, do also Rum. or Ital Pz divisions count for this? Or only German or SS Pzrs?

Air units definitely do not count toward the Axis strength at this time, but readiness and experience do.

Regarding the panzer division requirement, I am not positive that requirement is still in there, but without panzers it can be tough to have enough strength to hold. However, I am fairly confident that only German Panzer divisions count.

Sorry I am vague on some of this, but I am not sure exactly what was done.

Hi, I always send German Panzer divisions to southern front and the Italian ones east (but I give them German tanks) after the first summer they are great units.
