Some buttons missing...

..at the Intelscreen in a PBEM.
Playing a PBEM 3vs3 we (IJN) cannot adjust shipbuilding-rate because the button is missing. There are some buttons at the intel missing too.

Sorry that i can't show you a pic, because i have XP now (got it 4 days ago) and i don't know where the screenshots taken in game are saved on hd.
My partners in the PBEM are having the same problem. It only occurs at a PBEM not a single-game.

Every help very appreciated.

Which scenario? If production buttons are missing, it's a non-production one.

Scen 15 but with non historical first turn. Is that the reason?

If it's the first turn, there will be no buttons for intel etc as they are locked out until turn 2.
