New map and updated scenarios for download

Post by Yogi Yohan »

I have now completed the update of all campaign scenarios for my updated map.

I have also made some further minor modifications to the rail lines in western Ucraine to better reflect historic reality. The line from Odessa to Bucharest (through Bessarabia) is now in place and the line going north from Odessa has been slightly redrawn. It isn't pretty but it works.

Apart from adding the citys of Petrozadovsk and Viipuri, a rail line north of Ladoga and minute changes to rail at the Straits of Kerch, I have done some changes to the Finnish OOB, including the Finnish Armoured Division. I tried at first to give it "captured" versions of BT and T-26 tanks but settled for Pz-38e's instead, since they have similar combat values anyway.

You can download the whole package (map and scenario files)HERE!

I have added some more changes to the map. Some of those I owe to Mist and are historic improvements and others are just an attempt to make my previous (historic) changes a little more aestethic.

Here are pics of my main changes:

The Novorossiysk-Batumi line is historic and means that Sebastopol will NOT go 0 SL if the Germans take the rail junction north of Maikop (at Armavir, I belive). Novorossiysk must be captured too.

I have also updated the campaigns to work with the new map and corrected some very wrong cannon values (Bf-110, Fw-190D, Hurricane II, P-39 among others) in all campaigns.
