Soviet division max strength?

I would like to know how many squads, artillery, atgs, etc. a full strength soviet division has.

I was able to find these numbers for german divisions and independent subunits by using the search.

Also it might be useful to know if the german values also apply to their allies. (and of course what the actual figures are if they are different)
