Any of you new players....Stand up and be counted!

Post by Yakstock »

I didn't want this lost in another post. We have had one player drop from the tourney and need a replacement. This is your chance at winning a copy of COTA! It is also great fun playing online - you have got to try it! So don't be bashfull and someone pony up and take on the challenge! Don't let Frank be left without a prom date...

come on....do it....just tap on that reply button and get in on the fun....

(please forgive the pathetic display of begging...)

I'm willing to give it a go, although with the caveat that I'm not free much. The weekends are out for a few weeks so can only make some weekdays after 8pm GMT. (I'm a little unwilling to be up past 2am as well!)

If someone can step in who has more free time, it might be better for the tournament if they go instead of me, but if no-one does, I'll fill in.

I have had the game about 2 weeks, I'm sure I would not be much of a challenge. How much time does it normally take to play a game online? my weekends are normally free, and I can usually get a couple of hours per day during the week.

Welcome JVSFugitive. I couldn't help but note that you're from Halifax Canada which is GMT-4 ( or -5 ) but you say your time zone is GMT+4. Are you currently on duty in Iraq?

JVSFugitive & Mammou,

Since you both jumped on the post - but we already had one player before you to fill the gap, I would like to offer that you two could play each other in round one and join the Tourney. I suggest you email each other decide if you want to play. You can check out Dropzone for the rules and then just fire up the game and start. If you both are interested then JVSFugitive can be German player first and Allied on second match of the first round.
